What we collect
- Account: your email address and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password. We cannot read your password.
- Orders and wallet: which numbers you rented, for which service, the messages and codes that arrived, your top-ups, refunds and balance.
- Security data: your IP address and sign-in attempts, kept for a short time to stop abuse. When you accept the terms we record the time.
- Payments: payments are handled by Paystack. We receive confirmation and the amount, never your card or bank details.
Why we use it
To run your account, deliver the numbers and codes you buy, keep your wallet correct, send emails about your account (confirmation, password reset), prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Who else sees it
- Our number provider receives the service you request and delivers the SMS to the number; the messages pass through them.
- Paystack processes your payments.
- Our web host stores the site's data.
- Authorities, where the law requires.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Account and wallet records are kept while your account is open and for as long as the law or our accounting needs after that. Security logs are deleted after about 24 hours.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Email [email protected] and we will respond. Some records may have to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
