Questions

What happens if no code arrives?

Cancel the number after 2 minutes, or let it expire after 30 minutes. Either way the full price goes back to your wallet straight away.

Where are the numbers from?

They are United States numbers (+1). On the app you are verifying, choose United States as the country and paste the number we give you.

How do I pay, and is VAT included?

You add funds in naira through Paystack. VAT of 7.5% is added to each top-up, and the full amount you add goes into your wallet. Numbers are priced in US dollars, so your wallet shows dollars with the naira value next to it.

Can I use the same number again?

Each purchase is for one verification. When you need another code, buy a new number.

Can I get my wallet balance back?

Yes. Email support within 30 days of a top-up to ask for unused balance back, less payment processing fees. The terms of use explain how. Read the terms of use.
