How to install
- Tap Download the app. If your browser asks, tap Download again.
- Open the downloaded file from the notification bar, or from Files then Downloads.
- If your phone says installs from this source are blocked, tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then go back.
- Tap Install. If Play Protect shows a warning, tap More details, then Install anyway. This shows for apps that are not from the Play Store yet.
- Open Nekx SMS and sign in with your usual email and password.
On an iPhone? Open this website in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
Questions
Why is the app not on the Play Store?
For now we share it straight from our website, which is why your phone asks you to allow the install. The app is signed by Nekx SMS and opens only our shop and Paystack's secure payment pages.
Is my wallet the same in the app and on the website?
Yes. It is the same account. Your balance, numbers and history show in both, and you can switch between them at any time.
How do I update the app?
Download it again from this page and install it over the old one. You stay signed in and nothing is lost.
Phone says "App not installed"?
Delete any older copy of the app you got from somewhere else, then install the one from this page again. Make sure you have some free storage.
